LEGO prototypes shown at event in Frechen

Stephan Sander posted some very interesting news on LUGNET yesterday regarding new LEGO prototype models shown at a fan event in Frechen, Germany. Special thanks go to Bruce for the heads-up!

I'm really excited for all of this, but this is the best part:

Can you believe it? A modular building in April! And just look at what TLC is considering:

This firehouse is just delicious:

I don't think we've ever seen a hotel set, either:

And, true to LEGO Town form, a bank:

Any one of these would be extremely beneficial to anyone's collection, and I'm friggin psyched! But as these are prototypes, I'm not getting my hopes up just yet. However, the very fact that LEGO invited fans to design these, and that they are choosing what do go with by way of a community vote, is a very, very welcome sign. Even if the final product turns out to be different from these, LEGO is still going in the right direction. Whatever the case may be, I'll be counting down the days till April! ^_^

Oh, my aching wallet. . . .

OOOOOOHH!!!

Good "Warrior" scenes...and by the way, those 6 vigs I made after my b-day that I said I'd get up but never did...well we got a new computer and the pics were on the old one.

Guess what? I moved them via flash disk, or whatever you call them thingamabobers! Just wait for more!!!!!1

You know, I was thinking the exact same thing. Seriously, I saw these and was like, "Spencer's gonna have a lot of new vignette material!" :-D

I can't wait to see those new vigs!
